With a light dusting of snow turning Fred Hamilton Park into a winter wonderland, kids and neighbours feasted on delicious pancakes at the annual FoRRP pancake breakfast on Sunday February 2nd. With a full array of toppings including blueberries, sprinkles, M&Ms, and chocolate sauce, several kids tried to outdo each other for the most outrageous combination of toppings! Contest prizes were awarded for the ugliest toques. Parents and neighbours drank coffee and enjoyed a slice of pie while smiling indulgently at the chaos!
Thanks to the Events Committee, Rhea, Stephanie, and Bob for all their planning and hard work that made this Pancake Breakfast such an exciting, delicious, and successful event.
Stayed tuned for info on Environment Day coming in April and the revival of Toast Tuesdays!
