Peace, Poetry, Family, Friends, Laughter
Join poet Susan McMaster in an informal reading at “Gordon’s Tree” in tribute to her father, Gordon G. McClure (1929-2013), noted Quaker and peace activist, and the person who first inspired her to make poetry, her vocation. Sue will be joined by John Borra and Sam Ferrara from The Communist’s Daughter. Further contributions of a poem, song, words, etc., welcome.
Tuesday, 12 June 2018, 6-7 pm (latest), Fred Hamilton Park, just south of College, on Shaw, two short blocks east of Ossington. On the diagonal path — you’ll see us. “Drop-by” and “walking home” everyone is welcome.
