Help make our Community Garden grow

This past Wednesday was a washout, but the caretakers of Fred’s Wildflower Garden are undaunted! Come join them next Wednesday at 6:30pm for Community Gardening fun!

Over the past 5+ gardening seasons, wildflowers, trees, and fruit bushes have been planted in the area just south of the playground in Fred Hamilton Park. Currently tended with the support of just a few volunteers, Fred’s Wildflower Garden would welcome your interest and enjoyment. Any amount of help would be appreciated, from just keeping an eye on new plants every once in awhile, to weekly Wednesday gardening gatherings meant to build community as much as care for the garden.

Email to express interest or get more information, or just show up at the garden next Wednesday and ask for Danielle!
